Swinging Gates
Swing gates work where there is limited space to open the gate. They also have their own mystique as they slowly swing invitingly open. They do not work on hilly drives unless they open in the downhill direction.
Highly Ornamental, the key feature here is the panel at the bottom of the gate. Good for keeping smaller pets inside.
A two tone gate can add a lot of class. Heavy or weighty looking gates look better with larger columns like these.
This is a classic beauty, with panels and medallions at the bottom and scroll designs throughout. This set of gates has an uphill hinge. These are no longer allowed by code.
A solid face does not have to be plain. Keeping probing eyes out is the most common goal in a gate like this.
